Late work will NOT be accepted for extra credit opportunities.

• Answer each question with the answer only on the extra credit page.

  • • Box in your answer.

• Use notebook paper to SHOW YOUR WORK for each question.

• Staple your work shown to the back.

• Turn into your correct period tray by the due date.
